Standard delivery time for Ready to wear items and products in our Shop is within 24hours from payment receipt.
Delivery time for any Made to order items is 14 days from payment receipt.
Bespoke items are delivered at an individual agreed terms.
Shipping fee varies from country to country.
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and tracking number.
If the delivery exceeds over 10 days from day you receive the shipping confirmation, please report to us as soon as possible in order to open an investigation with the courier.
The courier will do 3 attempts on the delivery before returning the parcel or abandon the product. If the product is returned to Slovakia and we have to ship it again, the client will be charged again for the shipping costs.
If you live outside the EU, please be aware our courier will clear your goods in customs, but there will be an import duty to pay to the courier before you receive your goods. This will vary depending on the country the goods are being imported into.

Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.
We are more than happy to exchange the ordered products for you.
You can return your purchased items to us within 14 working days of the delivery date to your address, in the same condition as received, without any signs of wear or use.
For return reasons, please take care when first trying on your shoes, try on a carpeted surface to avoid any marking of the soles, & avoid bending the foot to minimise creasing of the shoe.
We can either exchange your products and re-ship them back to you or give you a full refund. In any case this whole matter should not take more than one week. There is one thing, however, we have to insist upon: that is you return the goods undamaged and in original packaging.

Made to Order
Our Made to Order platforms allow our clients to decide the type of product, style, outside and inside leather, lining. The item is custom made for you so refunds or returns will not be accepted. We highly recommend our clients to be sure of their size before ordering a Made to order shoe.
Any changes on the order once it has been sent and processed, will have to be reported within 14 days from the date the order was placed. Otherwise the order will be in production and changes will not be accepted.
If the MTO you receive is faulty in some way, you will need to notify us within 7 working days of receiving the goods. As per on our RTW products, we will need to inspect the product. If we perceive to be a genuine fault/flaw, a full refund will be given for the goods and shipping cost incurred. If you do not report to us within that time, we will assume that you accept the goods.
Please note that colours on our website will vary slightly depending how your monitor is calibrated. We do our very best to make sure all our images are true to the actual product you are purchasing but we cannot guarantee a perfect match every time due to almost limitless variations in home monitor set ups.
We work with natural materials (leather hides), each leather hide can vary and accept antiques creams/dyes differently, a slight colour variation may accrue, this is out of our control, we do our best to keep this as consistent as possible.
We have made our website as user friendly as possible, however we do understand that purchasing online can sometimes be awkward, if you do place an order incorrectly and need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, as goods may be shipped on the same day or the day after ordering. email@example.com

What is Barion?
Barion Electronic Payments is a pay-as-you-go service that allows you to pay with your credit card or pre-paid balance in online stores, mobile apps, or your friends.
The bankcard for payment is not part of the registration process, it is sufficient to provide your bankcard number, expiration date and CVC code on the back and a working email address.
